Allure Free Stuff Giveaway Winnings and Clearasil Review

Allure did a huge free stuff giveaway in August. They gave away tons of products the entire month. Looks like I was lucky to get a few items! Yay! It was my first time entering, so I had no idea what to expect or what I would get.  From what I understand, you don't know if you've won anything until it shows up. And the other day a Clearasil acne gel showed up out of the blue...full size. Had it been a sample, I would have thought it was just one of the many samples I receive, but I took notice that it was indeed a full size product and did some research on where it could have possibly came from.  I realized that it was one of the prizes from the Allure free stuff giveaways in August.

I also received 2 emails one from Cetaphil and another from DDF. Apparently, I also won a Cetaphil cleanser and a DDF Revolve Professional 500X! Now I am super excited about what else I could possibly be getting! I must admit, I went hard entering the giveaways up until the middle of the month...then I kind of tapered off.  I am now officially hooked on Allure giveaways!

On to the Clearasil review.

I LOVE IT!

Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Treatment Gel was what I won. And if you've read my previous posts you know I am struggling with acne. I had quite a few stubborn pimples and this stuff seems to work. I haven't been as consistent as I need to be, but it does what it says and helps to dry them up significantly. A lot of creams claim to do this, but do not. I can put it on at night and notice a difference in the morning. It retails for $9.99 at drugstore.com and is a BUY in my book (with a coupon of course :-)
